Daisy Network is run entirely by volunteers who all have a special interest in POI. We strive to ensure our Charity provides a useful resource for high quality, trusted information and advice, for those who need us the most.

Chair

Daisy Network is a charity extremely close to my heart. I have a passion in raising awareness of this relatively unknown condition, and making sure that women diagnosed with POI, find comfort in knowing they are not alone. I am honoured to be taking the charity forwards into its next chapter. I am a Psychotherapist in North Tyneside working with women with POI, adults and children.

Treasurer

I have worked in the finance industry for many years as an accountant. After being diagnosed with POI, I found that resources/services for support were scarce. Daisy Network was the only charity that provided information and advice to women going through the same emotional hardship. After seeing the incredible work they were doing to raise awareness of POI, I was keen to volunteer my financial skills to such an important and worthy cause.

Trustee

I treat women with POI in specialist menopause clinics in the NHS, many of whom have been provided with little information or treatment options following their diagnosis and are undergoing great emotional distress. I am passionate about making a difference for women and raising understanding of this condition.

Trustee

I have worked for several years as part of a menopause clinic team that has a specialist interest in POI in the NHS. I was saddened by the many stories from women who had been poorly understood by health professionals and hope to raise awareness of POI within the primary care community.
